BREAKING NEWS TERRIBLE

A serious traffic accident on Interstate 75 (I-75) in southwest Miami-Dade County caused chaos Tuesday afternoon, leaving multiple people injured and traffic paralyzed for hours. The crash, involving at least three vehicles, occurred shortly after 3:00 p.m. near the Miami Gardens Drive exit. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, one vehicle lost control, struck the median, and was then hit by another vehicle, triggering a fire that quickly engulfed one car.

Witnesses described panic as drivers abandoned their vehicles amid thick smoke. Bystanders rushed to help, managing to pull a trapped man from a burning car moments before flames spread. Miami-Dade County firefighters arrived swiftly and extinguished the fire within 20 minutes.

At least four people were injured, including two who suffered serious injuries and were airlifted to Jackson Memorial Hospital. No fatalities were reported. Authorities temporarily shut down I-75 in both directions, causing traffic backups exceeding 10 miles. Detours were issued via US-27 and the Turnpike, though delays persisted until evening.

The crash remains under investigation, with speed, distraction, and mechanical issues all being considered.
